Invitation Only

Attendance at Karleen is by invitation only.

Each invitation is issued specifically for the invited guest and may not be transferred without prior approval from Karleen.

Submitting an invitation request does not guarantee an invitation to attend.

Arrival

Guests are encouraged to arrive on time to enjoy the welcome reception, refreshments, and the opportunity to meet fellow guests before lunch begins. To ensure the experience flows naturally for everyone, Karleen ask that guests avoid arriving significantly early.

Hosted Lunch Contribution

Your hosted lunch contribution reserves your seat at one carefully curated table. Additional details regarding contributions, cancellations, and transfers are outlined in our Hosted Lunch Contribution Policy.

Guest Conduct

Every guest contributes to the atmosphere at Karleen.

Karleen ask that everyone treat one another with kindness, courtesy, and respect. Positive conversations, thoughtful listening, and consideration for others help create the experience Karleen want every guest to enjoy.

Karleen reserves the right to refuse admission or ask any guest to leave if their behavior becomes disruptive, disrespectful, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the welcoming atmosphere Karleen strive to create.

Privacy

Respecting each guest's privacy is one of the hallmarks of the Karleen experience. Karleen will never publicly display guest names, photographs, professions, or personal information without permission. Karleen ask guests to extend that same level of respect to one another.

Photography & Social Media

To help preserve a comfortable and private atmosphere, guests are asked not to photograph or record other attendees without their express permission.

Contact Information

If two guests enjoy getting to know one another and would like to continue the conversation after lunch, they are welcome to exchange contact information. There is never any expectation to do so.

Event Changes

Occasionally, event details may need to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Should this occur, affected guests will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
